been in the Real Estate Industry since 1981. He began his career in Queens, New York, as a
Junior Salesperson for General Development Corp. (GDC), one of the largest
developers in Florida. In 10 years with GDC, he was always ranked among the top
35 producers Nationwide and Worldwide, and was invited to all major annual
conventions held around the world. He was nominated every single year for the
Executive Club,
President's Club,
or Platinum
Club. 
He was promoted to Assistant
Manager only one year after he started with the Company, then
to Senior Manager and six months later to Branch Manager, with 3 offices and
over 480 salespeople under his supervision. Needless to say, GDC provided an
incredible opportunity for Enrique's career development. He says that, "General
Development was, without a doubt, the best college you could attend to become a
sales engineer."
He relocated to Tampa,
Florida in December of 1996. After two years of study in the needs of Floridians
and the Tampa area, he decided to resume his Real Estate career, joining
RE/MAX
INTERNATIONAL, INC. in 1999 and now with
RE/MAX
Top Notch Associates. He quickly became a Multi-Million dollar producer,
and has been a Member of the
100% Club every year since then.
Enrique is fluent in
Spanish
and English, but he also understands
Portuguese, Italian,
Russian & Greek. He is
also highly familiar with the needs and desires of people relocating from
the Northern states.
